not too much to enlighten; the main reason why these have yet to be produced is due to the way that most companies were asking to produce the products.

can't give too much away but i think we have a way to get them greenlit by the right people.

bump

There seem to be alot of variation in size for these things. The Trailblazer/Impala/Monte Carlo/HHR emblems range from 4" long to 5-3/4"

How long are those billet unlisensed ones?..and what size do you have in mind Bolt593

Mine on the rear is 5'' long, about the same as the TB emblem.

By the way I think if you guys are waiting for a licensed one, I highly doubt you'll see them any time soon. I would suggest going with the vendor I got them from or take your SS or RS emblems to a local machine shop and see what they can do with them.

They no longer offer them on their site. Be sure to post the front pic on the SLP landing pad when you get it installed.

Thanks, but I'm giving bolteon the benefit of the doubt and hoping he has something available fairly soon.

Check with SLP. They sell the whole package, blakout for the deck and all. It came on my car that I bought from the dealership. I know its a conversion, but it is a factory endorsed change. Look in my garage for better pics. It is exactly like it should have been done from the beginning. (IMO)

That is the old style SS and we are waiting for the new style SS. That is where the issue is coming in...

I agree. I just hope all the waiting ends up being worth it. Gonna be if I continue to wait all this time until his version finally gets approved and it still looks like "55" instead of "SS" or too big/too small, if it ever gets approved.

I used trailblazer SS emblems on the back, I believe they are 5-1/4", and the same emblem on the front with the SLP landing pad. I had to heat them and bend them slightly but I'm really happy with them. Not quite an exact match for the Camaro SS font, but close enough for now. The cool thing is that they are almost exactly the same size as my 69's emblems.
