Just got off the phone with Jeff at IPS. Apparently, Tial/Garrett has new turbos that they recommending for my build. We were going to go with the 3586 turbos, but now they are recommending the 3794.

Here is a description I found.

Did they say why? Looks like a lot of head room to grow if 1000hp just sn't enough

Exactly. Also, they said with the big engine builds, they make more power with less boost with the bigger turbos with no noticeable increase in lag.

With the stock engine, the 3586 is still what they recommend for higher hp cars. But because I'm putting in a bigger engine in my car, they're recommending the 3794.
