You beat me by a bumper, but it was a damn good race!

If that zl1 is a A6, then I can understand from a roll why it would be closer.

Cam only doesn't mean literally only a cam.. It's slang.
Bolt ons and a cam is what I have.

I'm not sure you would have "walked away" by subtracting a couple hundred pounds but you probably would have won. Was the ZL1 stock?

Yeah he was stock, and you're right "walk" isn't the right word in this case.

Although a different time I did easily "stroll" away from a stock auto ZL1. But attributing that to the guy being auto.

Auto is faster than Manual in every test for the ZL1. I beat a stock 2012 SS by 2 car lengths and pulling away in my home town 1/2 mile roll race.
Are you sure you got it right about beating an auto ZL1? Oh, for me, CAI, as in rotofab, slang for zero mods for me...lol.

What was your top speed of the day at the trap? Mine was 142.7 in April of this year at the 1/2 mile roll race. Had a great time!

Amazing just how quick a stock ZL1 really is but just as astounding is how little it takes to make even a NA LS3 a very fast car. We live in a great time to be a speed addict.

I'm positive. Walked over that auto ZL1 at the previous event.

And I had trapped as high as 148 this time, this run in the video was around 144.
BGKBCK was trapping around 143-145 too he said.

Not sure what you mean by "bait and switch".
The ZL1 owner and I both knew we'd be at the event and knew we'd run each other when we got there.
We got there.
We ran a really good run.
He won by a little.
It was fun.
