[QUOTE=427K;9738197]It was also a significant amount of easy highway commuting miles. Straight flat roads at 70mph basically.

9000k miles on my OEM goodyears (4/32 out side 6/32 middle) and I changed mine out this spring for All-seasons that were more to my liking and fitted my driving conditions and style much better.

Continental Extreme Contact DWS 06, 315/35R20 rear and 275/40R20 front. So far only about a 1000K miles on them but I really like them. Pick up 1/100th the amount of sand and pebbles (my gills on the rear quarters look like they have been sand blasted from the goodyears and I have always had the ZL1 splash guards on) from the roads around here seem to always have sand on them 8-10 months a year. They don't trammel like the goodyears which were a handful to try and keep aimed straight on the badly crowned tire grooves around my area also. I dont drive my car once the roads are covered in salt but I do like to drive in the winter until that happens and did not want to have winter and summer tires for a car I only do 3K miles a year with. It will never do a track day or Autocross while I own the car (not that it wouldn't be fun but I have way to many other hobbies that take up my free time and I live in the people's republic of Massachusetts so choices are slim here anyways) so I really don't need track focused tires.

Wow, really like to know how you guys are getting over 12k on the factory tires. I just crossed 20k and I'm on my third set.

We are at just short of 52K on out third set for Goodyears. Should be around 60K when we take them off. Like last time, I will save the fronts and put them on the rear when the forth set rears get to thin. Buys an additional 7K or so miles. At this point, no tracking.
