well its sitting at about 212 and 210 and i forgot to say i put a 25% underdrive balancer on too

thermostat not opening yet. air in the system. let it cool a bit, then give it some revs. or, with it off, slowly open the radiator cap to release the pressure and leave it off for a bit. you can squeeze the lower several times to help push on the thermostat. it will purge. just takes some time, sometimes.

its got to be air there was little pressure when i removed the cap but it maintaining at 212 if i rev it , it drops 5*

yup, just gotta work it through the system. turn your heater on. when that gets hot, you know it's flowing. this is where the revs help.just rev to about 2500 or so, you can hold it there for a few seconds, let it idle, rev a little bit, let it idle....
