I'm having problems with this step. For one, I can only find 2 of the clips. And also, the two I do find (both closer to the rear vs. the front of the 'hole') I can't figure out how to get my hand or whatever up there to press the clip together to remove it anyway..

any tips?

Nevermind

Got past that. But now I'm trying to figure out how to put this part back in correctly. It just hangs and I'm not seeing what it should attach to.

How did you guys fit the tap in between the two big fuses (K10 and K609)? My add-a-connector just barely fits between the two, but because its so close I can't move it so the metal fuse goes in. Its off by a few cm

well depending on which "ad-a-fuse" you have/got.....here is a pictures one of the guys posted, even though its a little blurry one page back in post 173.

So your saying just head back to auto zone and they should have a smaller add a fuse? Huh... Ok.

I blew the fuse for the mirror today testing to see which wire was really live. Anyone else do this? I was testing the pink wire (I think) when it went poof. This is really my only concern with running off of the mirror. I just don't feel like running the wire under the dash. Edit - this is on a 14

Under the dash? Along the roof liner, down the door pillar to the fuse box. No need to poof anything
