Srsly ... Woot, Heinz and KK did a great job, but those are dead now. My dealers #1 showed up on Woot's database, but not mine. It's shut down. My are is in Florida and I'm gonna pick it up this week. Mine didn't show up on any of them. It was great for awhile, but they are all toast now. Talk to your dealer. I did. That's how I know CSX train dropped it off in Florida yesterday. Not all dealer suk.

Stupid question time:
I have an order number from my dealer (we are NOT preliminary orderers). Where on-line can I go to get status info without pestering my dealer? All I know from my dealer is they won't start building it until the end of June and it'll probably be a good 12 weeks from date of order before we get our RS. |

I just tried to see my VIN's Window Sticker. It's finally there!!!!!!! Not in the database yet though.

Hope so (I'm in MA)...I went 3400 on 5/2 and haven't heard a thing from my dealer. I'll give him a call tomorrow to see if I have a VIN yet.

ok everyone...spotted this black beauty in a TINY town called Dawson Minnesota. Dealer had about 10 cars total, one of them just happened to be a camaro. All i had on me was my blackberry, so i only took a pic of the VIN.

Customer service is a joke and they cannot give you any information. My 2010 2SS Orange with black interior, black stripes V8 has been finished since 4/16/09 and as of today 5/18/09 still has not shipped. CS is a joke - try calling executive row in MI and get a case number. Then I am writing to my congressman - I will put a form letter on here tomorrow if you want it. I am also writing to my news stations. I want to know why these cars are paid for in full by our dealerships at time of order, they got bail out money, people want these cars, they are done and why are they not shipped???
If you want the letter let me know. |

Isn't the internet a wonderful thing?
Man O Man...if it wasn't for the internet...nobody would be the wiser and people would just wait and get a call that their car had arrived. "Event Codes" wouldn't be asked for and tracked...causing people to , the large Camaro community wouldn't be able to talk as freely and let people know where their orders stand, and the only way we'd know if people took delivery would be the sheer excitement of seeing the first one on the road. Just sit back, have a and wait for your car...and know that it's coming to you as perfect as they can get it.
