We start with the basics first,I cannot show all the pics as there are way to many to host and I would be awake way to many nights posting them and I cannot show all our secrets
First we strip the car: |

We built New Wiring Harnesses First.
I spent the better part of a month drawing diagrams on how and were I wanted each under hood electrical component to reside.By doing this it left me with a very clean yet user friendly setup.
First we moved the Underhood fuse block and Connectors to the trunk- It took 4 harnesses that find home in different locations in the car now |

Isnt a GT35 a wee bit small?

GT35 is just the name of the family of turbos. If I remember correctly, they are 82mm!

I don't believe it is. This is a awesome ball bearing turbo, we made 637hp on our 2003 SRT-4 with one. It is a 65lb turbo, on our Twin Turbo GTO we made 571hp on 7 psi from dual 50lbers, and that setup approaches 1000hp with a built bottom end and enough fuel. IMO with twins, smaller turbo's are prefered as opposed to a larger single, and the GT35R's will spool somewhat quick, and they can make power, with the right boost level and supporting mods, 1200+hp isn't out of the question.

Looks like an awesome build Andy.
With those GT35R's the throttle response will be sick !! |
