I think a dealership refused someones warranty claim. I am sure there is a thread buried in here somewhere.

It really depends on the Dealer. Most dealers understand the benefits of installing a well designed Catch Can.

Well if they do have a cc then what about the 2 ounces of sh!t that I empty out of my elite cc every 1000 or so miles?

Why can't people stay on topic to better the community? How does this thread devolve to a cc debate?
