Universal Catch Can Install

I couldn't stomach the cost for what amounts to a bracket and tubing with some elbows. I reused the stock connections.

Not flopping. Tubing is zip tied discretely enough to fool you. But no, it's not hard mounted.

In case you would like your very own...

Yep, really hating myself. Saved over $100 using a universal.

More pics won't really show anything else. That's a big damn can!! There won't be any room where I put mine. I'd start looking toward the shock tower or up towards the headlamp.

Installed my Moroso catch can between the radiator, and air box. Had to fabricate a custom bracket... seems to fit very well.

Got my Mishimoto catch can yesterday. Now just need to get my new car. I spend few extra bucks to get the Dan made for the 2016 SS

I wasn't saying that, the pics didn't show it being held down by anything. Everyone does things different, some will be able to do things them selves, others will order a kit. You ordered the suede knee pads, hopefully you are not paying the dealer price of 325(US) and ordered them from ShopChevyParts for 225(US) or you got employee pricing Trust me I wasn't trying to start a pissing match

No harm no foul man.

I always like the idea of purpose built stuff, but in this case it seems like the can is stuck out in space with the Mishimoto placement. That plus the price made me prefer the universal setup. I like it better this way even if it's not hard mounted. It's a little more discrete.
