Getting snow off your camero
Now, I use my camero as DD. After removing snow twice, I see a lot of tiny scratches. Car is very dirty, so am not 100% sure if they will stay or not.
But in ether case, I will not be using the snow brush again. So they question is: what are my alternatives. |

I'm sorry that was out of line. Welcome to Camero 5!
The scratches will probably buff out, but in the future its probably better to use a more mild method to remove ice or snow.

Just remove the snow off your windows. Not the paint!! You will scratch it. But those scratches can be removed with some polish. Check out our detailing section of the forum.

Maybe its just me, but I've never really worried about clearing all the snow off my car (even before my Camaro). Just clear the windows off. Once you drive a little the heat from the car should let most of it fall off.

You spelling CAMARO wrong 3 times. One in the title, two in the thread, and three in your cars description on the left.

Welcome OP!
I'd use something like this. http://www.amazon.com/Sno-Brum-Origi.../dp/B0007LDXLA Won't leave scratchs, and gets the bulk of the snow. For the smaller spots where the SnoBrum cannot go, I have a Snow Brush that has Microfiber tipped bristles which are very soft. However, I cannot find them online. That may be an option for you.

Not sure if a car cover would work?
Put a few coats of a good wax on the car. You most likely can get the swirl marks off in the spring with some work. Try to not clear the snow off completly, leave a 1/2" coat of snow on the paint. Cam a ro
