Autoshow pics of the beast
Hi all,
I'm fairly new around here and read more than I post but I thought I'd make this thread and share the pics I took of the monster that is the new Camaro. For those that have seen it in person I can definitely relate now, this machine is as sexy looking as it is strong. Standing beside you just get in awe of the style, the lines, everything about it just screams.. "I'm back and ready to kick some ass" ! I've included the thumbnails below so if you click on them you'll have the option to see the full size which works great for wallpaper. |

The lower lighting levels and the shadows it causes really help to show the lines. My favourite is the first one, the side on shot. the second one is up there too, perhaps the meanest looking angle of the Camaro

Pennsylvania Auto & Boat show part of the Motor Trend shows, they have it every year at the Farm Show complex in the capital area, Harrisburg.
The Camaro was the show stopper there, everybody wanted to see it, folks of all ages. I saw Dad's there with their sons talking about how they had one back in the day and all the memories it brought back. |

It's increadible how the light hits the car. Man, does it really make those lines pop! Great pix.
And about Dads and their kids at the shows....I know exactly what you mean! I hung around the Camaro for a while and soooo many people were just simply in awe of the car....both the vert and the coupe. |

of all the Concepts that I've seen (and by that, I mean I've seen every model of Camaro Concept live and up close), its the silver coupe that gets my heart racing the most... in person, that car just parts the sky, the angels start singing and the gates of Heaven just open up... it really is quite inspiring

I just went to the Washington Auto Show yesterday and was sorely disappointed that they did not have ANY of the Camaros there. How can they not have ONE of them there?!
Very disappointing. It was really the #1 reason I went. My son was excited to see the Volt though. It was really cool looking. |

Well I just went to the St Louis show this weekend, and it was the first time we had any of the concepts as well, and we had the push car. But I have to say, it was definitely the center of attention. There wasn't another vehicle that even came close to having the crowd around it as big as the Camaro's. And good luck standing in front of it very long, cause everyone, and I mean everyone was snapping pics!
When people told me the pics didn't do the car justice, I didn't believe it cause I thought the pics made it look great. Now I know what they meant. Wow!

I am so sick of driving my lame TT and I want to go out and get a Monte Carlo, a GTO, or even a freaking Mustang.
But every time i see the Camaro like this - makes me more and more patient. |
