My shoes got delivered today...

Some may hate, some may like...but I just wanted something for when I was driving the Camaro during cruises, shows and other events...

The blue isn't a match for IBM, but it's also not that far off. I'll do some non-cell-phone pics later

I ordered these from Nike using NikeID.

I believe this link will take you to the specific design, but there are other types of shoes you can customize as well. edit: I just noticed the link goes to a slightly different version of the shoe I got (and costs less), so they may not have the template for the shoe I built anymore...I'm sure stuff changes. The pictures I got of the shoe match what I was shipped though (slightly different sole/base:

You can play around with the colors...and you could probably do many of the other colors, but they would not be an exact match. Still...I thought it was kind of cool

For example, this link takes you to a Rally Yellow/Black design I just did.

A cool option would be if you could go 3 digits on the # and put 426 or whatever HP your engine is rated at after mods.

When I did mine, it would only allow 2 digits, so I did 62 (for 6.2 litre engine).

Cool. I was wondering what the 62 was for. Makes sense now. On the shoe I designed it allowed up to 8 letters or numbers on each shoe. Oh and how long did it take for you to get your shoes?
