what bushings do you relax after drop??

I have not made it under the car yet to see what bushings i have to relax after my drop. I have done drops b4 so i am sure i can figure it out but just wondered if anyone had pics or how many there are. Do i just losen the bolt right off so the nut is still on then drive around the lot a little and then tighten them up?

I want to do this when i install the springs b/c the alignment shop said they will charge more to do it which is understandable.

thanks

ps i went with the bmr 1.4" F 1" R

This is from Justice Pete at Pedders when I asked him this same question:

Quote:
Front:
Inner front control arm

Rear:
Trailing Arm BOTH ends

Toe Link BOTH Ends

Lower Inner Rear -- Mission Critical Bush

The Upper Inner -- hard to get too and not Mission Critical

The trailing arm has slotted holes where it attaches to the hub. Both rear trailing arms should be left loose during the alignment. When the alignment is complete, tighten the rear trailing arm bolts.
