I agree. I don't even know what it means. I've been called eccentric before though. Couldn't figure that out either.

Ok let me see if I can...... LMAO he we go ... the hole on the back... wait that doesn't sound right..... no seriously they mounting hole ( big one does not mate up perfectly to the hub on the car.

So in redneck terms when you put the wheel on the car it should not wobble it should fit tight. The back of the wheel is made to fit the exact size of the hub of the car....and these are not
