How Many Miles on Your Front Brakes?

Just curious how many miles on average people are getting on the their front brakes (city miles). I am approaching 15K and am too lazy to pull the front wheel off to look. I do my own oil changes therefore the car does not see the dealership. Heck, they would probably rotate the dam tires......

What all are you experiencing?

You can see the wear indicators without taking the wheels off.

Look at the pad, you should see a little metal tab sticking out and pointing down towards the rotor. This is the wear indicator. That little thing is what causes that excruciatingly horrible squealing sound; not to be confused with our normal squealing with our brakes, as this is much worst. Ill go take a picture and post it to show you ASAP.

I pulled the stock ones off at 15K and put on EBC's.
No more freight train squeal.

How to hug your camaro
Buy the car that you would most like to get beat in. The other guy will always be faster.

I don't even think you can rotate the wheels on a Camaro.... Not sure but that's what the dealer told me and a different tire place because the back ones are wider.
