Thank you for posting the filter link for the 2LTs... My dealer replied to my e-mail but didn't give me the dates for my codes but said "He didn't give me the dates but he said that it appears to have been built. Their is no VIN number available yet as of 3PM. " (He=Sales Manager). So I'm hoping for an e-mail or call soon.

Hang in there, I think mine went to 3000 on 17 Mar so yours should be soon.

My dealer is expecting mine to come in next week...we'll see. I have to fly 1000 miles to pick her up...should have an amazing bonding experience on the way home.

My salesman said he saw that my car was built on Thursday but couldn't get a VIN. And then his words "Bam, it just showed up Friday morning" so you should be getting good news soon

Got my VIN today, 6/05/2009, 2G1FG1EV5A9115130 I was off on my guess... by 1464. They sure have ramped up production.

The Devil made you do it!!! I was hoping for a memorable VIN but just happy I got one. Hopefully every one else's will be flowing in.

We're shipping them!

We DID make changes to the V6 trans/Clutch based on our input from the Captive Test Fleet cars -- we wanted them to feel as great as the V8 cars -- that meant we did not build them up front as we'd intended.

If your car is in Quality Hold, it's because we found something that needs to be addressed -- nothing to do with the transmission.

I know how badly you want your new Camaro - we all do....but we MUST ensure that they're right before we ship them...........and that makes some people very upset........

Cool. That's interesting though because I think all the V6 M6 that got VINs in the last couple of days went to 4D00 QC hold.

Hopefully it's just normal QC and no major issues. I want to be

my car soon. But I also don't want to be running to the mechanic every other day
