I am but I am flying back and towing them behind 2 u-haul trucks or driving them out. I just have the 12 Camaro left to tow, the other car will be driven.
I fly to Nor-cal and its an 11 hour drive in a car but when I drive a u-haul its 15 hours with or without a trailer.
I fly out every few weeks and bring more stuff to Az. on the weekends, not enough time to drive both ways.
Thanks though, I saved the link for future use.

I did a U-Haul truck with trailer for my SS from PA to TX. No question you'll need to reduce the angle of the ramps like you said earler. Mine isn't lowered, but I didn't have any problem bumping the nose. It will be a cautious load/unload but I think certainly doable for you.

Just know that your exit will be the window or out through the trunk. I couldn't open the door because of the side wheels on the trailer. If you check Caspers first pic, you'll see what I mean.

Also, you might want to give thought to a cover. Keep it from rubbing the paint with rope and duct tape if ya gotta. One piece of flying road debris will ruin your day in a hurry.

Best of luck on your trip!

LMAO about having to climb through windows or trunks. Too, too funny.........Its absolutely not necessary.

On all UHaul Auto Transporters the driver side transporter wheel fender flips open, lowers if you simply undo the front and rear rubber fender locks. The traiiler tires/wheels themselves are mounted on dual axles that are situated to ride below the height of the trailer decking itself...........even with a two ton car on it...............and will never interfer will the opening or closing of a vehicles driverside door. Similiar to those pull/lift and release handles used on flip up fronts on commerical trucks with fiberglass bodys there is one at either end of the transporters driver side fender. Takes all of three seconds to release. This is a feature unique to all UHaul AT's and allows for easy unobstructed vehicle entry and exit through the driver door of your car.

If you take a close look at this photo you will see the rubber fender lift handle of which I speak. Its postioned to the inside edge of the fender in the pic. You'll also notice the hinge on the outer edge of the fender upon which the fender relies to flip over and rest on while open.

I don't know about U-Haul, but on the Penske trailers the tire stops come off with two bolts on each side
