Bowtie AND a Cadillac emblem don't forget. He has a lot of catching up to do.

He doesn't need a bowtie. He is going to have six black stripes from his garage to the road.

Very Cool Chris...

You are getting oh so close. You will move in "soon".

The decorating team approves the use of neutral colors on the walls... We can match that with almost anything!

Looks nice, but I hope you have room for a shop. It looks like you should have some nice room to work with. I have been involved in the project or tearing everything out of my brothers house, and redoing it, no fun.

Since we only have a 22x30 and a 12x16 garage here, and my brother has a 30x30, we may take on the task of building a 40x50 by ourselves in the spring time. Would be a nice work space.

Love the colors- we call it Papersack Brown and people can't get enough of it.

When you moving in?
we close on the 12th at the latest. If I had been able to decide what color I wanted I would have had the builder pait it for me... Instead I said just go with neutral... so, soon I'll have to get my act together.

I don't have much of a shop... probably a few work benches in the one car... some storage on the two car side... and the lift in the middle of the two car.

I've got 220 in the Garage for a lift when the time comes... should be enough for the bolt on work I'll be doing...

next house will be on some land with a nice detached... but gotta get the kiddos taken care of before I can go crazy.

thanks again everyone for the kind words.

I'm pretty sure I'm gonna do a scissor lift seems to give me the best of all worlds..

But the max jack is a great option.

If I remember right, there is washer/dryer plumbing hook up just inside the door. That should fit nicely there.

Nope just a regular master bathroom. It isn't quite finished as you can tell. Still need to put in sink, cabinet, lights, toilet, and trim.
