The Camaro owned 2 out of the 3. I'd say that's victory!

I say take your own car to your local track and start racing yourself.
Start posting your own results, and your own analysis of why your race went well or bad, and then we can start commenting on something that resembles verifiable truths. All of this sideline speculating on what happened during this race or that is a waste of time when we are dealing with basically anonymous runs. Nineball did an excellent job with his run down and analysis in his thread. Whatever the hell you drive, drive it like it was meant to be driven. Line up at the tree, or go autocross. Pick your poison, just actually do it, and comeback and tell us. I'm tired of excuses by everyone on all sides when the results don't come out how they want them to. END RANT

Those are some good match up's! Where the hell are these people at where you can have that many races on a bridge and not get called on you. That must be the mayor, sherriff, and judge of the town all out on a Sunday drive

Cool races, but the starts seemed to favor the new SS. That GT 500 did not sound like it came from ford that way. And yes, it was pulling away from the Camaro. I thought the SS did a great job holding its own though.

Cool videos, i thought the 68 had the 5th gen. Im surprised how well the lighter solid axle cars are launching against the 5th gen. IRS is usually a trump card in a street tire vs street tire race. Its nice to see all those cars being used for how they were intended! |

It appeared to me the GT500 took the lead at the end by a car length????

No..No its not. It has a KB in it, and probably the extra mods that go with it. Thus the reason it could not put power to pavement on the launch.
I will say the Camaro did well, but I cannot understand why people think the Camaro should have won every race...Its fast, but there is always someone faster..Plus that could not be nowhere near a 1/4... And over a bridge at that..wow... |
