Not surprising from SHR. I see those cars around all the time and they are cool to look at but thats about it.

I like the thought, but a 5.0L Whipple is just not needed in my opinion unless the owner plans on building up the motor later. The stock motor can only handle so much power, and that level of power could be reached by a 2.9L.
But if the owner simply wanted a blower sticking out of the hood, then all the power to him.

Have nothing against the look of someone whats their car to look like that, to each their own. My question is how do the numbers on that car compare to say the same car with an under the hood Whipple system? I would have to think that the under the hood whipple would produce enough air to support anything the LS3 can handle?

Just curious how they compare numbers wise?

I think it looks cool, but would like to see numbers as well.

Youre exactly right. We all kno a much smaller blower would give a stock motor all it can handle. This is as much for the look as it is for power. Chances are tho he will build the motor in the future, and then he will still have a blower that can give that motor all it can handle.

Actually i think a smaller whipple might produce a little better numbers on a stock motor. This blower and its very large drive system should eat up more HP.
