Just to clarify, NPP is the factory dual mode quad tip option - it's not a brand like Borla.
As for the rear valance / diffuser, it's a standard GM part available for ~$100. (22815277 Facia) It is held on by 6 screws and some plastic tabs.
Here are pictures of the new part just before and after install. (pre muffler install)

Im selling a solo axle back setup… sound clip here with my grandfather in the drivers seat lol… all stock just with this axle back… Click to view video

Sorry I don't have more revving videos or anything when i had just the axle back on. All my other clips are after headers, hfc's, etc.

I believe you have an auto if I'm not mistaken. If so, you'll want to take a look at an axle back with j-pipes…. like my solo axle back i am selling

I don't want to change out the entire exhaust system at this point...just thinking either axle back or cat back.

Would you guys give me some ideas on what you like and suggest? I don't want anything obnoxiously loud, but I do want some nice rumble...certainly better than the stock exhaust. I had a Gibson axel back on my V6 that I traded in, and that sounded better than the V8 stock.

I will also be adding a cold air intake and it seems that Cold Air Inductions gets good reviews. I had a K&N on my V6 and wasn't all that impressed. I'm looking for one with the cover on it and CAI has that.

Anyway, any ideas or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
NPP exhaust with headers sounds better than most aftermarket kits. I had too many issues with aftermarket exhaust like Magnaflow not welding their exhaust hangers in the right position and leaks, stay stock if you can.

Would headers void my warranty?

Yes but few dealerships would actually allow that condition and not void you just have to find them. Also headers actually reduce stress from the internal of the engine blocks meaning less likely to blow seals and so on just need the right tune that's all. Restrictive stock manifolds should void warranty since they don't allow the engine to breath sufficiently and is more likely to cause leaks.
