okay, called GM CS, asked about any issues recently reported regarding Camaros....
CS - "well, there was the battery cable or something like that but that is not a problem anymore but I just heard something about a big new problem with the Camaro this morning and a lot of people already called. The callers asked about the transmission and we couldn't tell them for sure because the Supervisors have not told us about it and no memo yet but they said soon we'll know and we can have answers." |

Please delete your post and put it on the one M6 thread I asked the Mods to put togther for us so we dont have to bounce in between threads!
and the constraint is supposed to be issued Thursday ie. CamaroScotty

I am implying that you don't simply just replace an output shaft. If it is seared off, like what is happening to the SS M6 trannies...it is a replacement job. Often, it is cheaper for a dealer or GM to replace with new one, than to drop a tranny, open it up, etc. etc. etc., button things up, refill, re-install.

I know they got built with the bad tranny thats why they are sitting in QC I'm wondering what they will do with us build our cars with the bad tranny and stick us in QC or wait and build us with the new tranny!!
