calendar doesn't keep correct date

Does anyone else have a problem with their car's calendar not keeping the correct date? I don't drive the car that often but when I do it usually has the wrong date and time. I reset it but after a week or so it will be wrong.

Thanks

If I don't drive mine for more than a few days, sometimes the date will be off by one day, Weird, huh?

Nope my girl is perfectly fine with the date and time. Had to reset it after I disconnected the battery though.

Mine does the same thing. Mine is also not a daily driver and that has something to do with it. I have to reset my still the time to. Maybe someone will chime in and let us know why.

Mine seems to keep the time fine, but I have to reset the date occasionally. Who knows?????

I'm an occasional driver also and I have to reset the date when I haven't driven her in a week or so.

It's odd.

I disconnected my battery once for 1 hour and I didn't have to reset the clock. How is that for weird? Must be a secondary battery in there.

I would guess its a software flaw - maybe they will have an update. Kind of a basic thing in my opinion.

Did you check the flux capacitor?

The time circuits could be set to... 1985!

And I thought it was cool to adjust drive and max startup volume for the stereo...I found a button under my column and this popped up... Mine does it too, maybe since its garage kept big brother onstar can't help out to keep it up to date?

There are numerous posts on this and I think that I was the first to report it back in July/Aug of 09. I had two dealerships let me check the cars on their lots after several days had passed and they were all off after I had set them correctly. I just drove today for the first time in over a month and mine was off by 6 days. I don't believe that there is a fix for this yet. I don't listen to my radio at all when I drive and it is annoying having the wrong date stare you in the face.
