new to the forum first camaro after 3 mustangs
Hey guys new to the camaro world after owning 3 mustangs. I picked up a rally yellow m6 SS last week and must say I love it. So now its time for the modding to begin. I'm a newb to this forum and wanting to do a full exhaust but haven't been able to find many with dyno results was looking at the kooks system.

Yes welcome from a former Mustang(s) owner also. I have owned 3 mustang GT's, a 5.0 LX mustang and a 2001 Mustang Cobra. None of those Mustangs could hold a candle to these Camaro’s. Thy were OK and a little fun but after owning my Camaro for almost a year now I’m still in love, lust, each day I see her in the Garage I sing “Damn you’re a sexy chick, a sexy chick, damn you’re a sexy chick, damn girl”.
The Mustangs never felt like a Muscle Car to me. I get depressed on days I can’t drive my Camaro or when it comes time to park it. You can’t beat that view over the hood from the driver seat either, The Mustangs never had that cool view and I wasn’t impressed with the hood view when I test drove a Challenger either. And the hips on the Camaro, that sold me when I saw them in my side mirrors. I haven’t drove a newer Mustang so can’t speak for them but my fastest Mustang was my 2001 Cobra which was a Dog compared to my LS3 Camaro. Hope you like yours as well as I do mine.

Welcome
Lots of guys have dynoed their cars with Kooks Long tubes and catback exhausts (including the full Kooks system). Most the guys also had CAI (cold air intakes) and a tune. The dyno number vary, but you'll be looking at 400 - 420 rwhp or so depending on the dyno. Most the stock LS3 M6's are dynoing in the 350 - 370 rwhp range. Some have even dynoed higher than that stock on the more generous dynos. |

Welcome! I myself have been known to go both ways. I've had 4 Camaros now with a Mustang GT somewhere in between. They're both great American muscle.
