towels

I know and preach that you often get what you pay for. With that being said, I'm looking for good towels in bulk.

I've been looking at these ( http://www.microfibertech.com/Towels-Cloths_c_138.html ), but they have been on back order for weeks now.

Any other places that sell in bulk with decent prices? Or do you guys just buy them 2 and 3 at a time?

That's the only place I know of for bulk orders. Carpro does give you a discount the more you buy, but it's still expensive. I think it's like 5% for 2-3 and 10% for 3+. Something like that.

I buy one or two here and there and now have more than I can fit in my cabinet. Nice thing is they don't really wear out with proper care.

They do have the hidden edge 360g/m for around $3 per if you buy 5+ (15% off). But looking at square inches, a great towel is the Boa since it's 16 x 24 instead of 16 x 16 and still easy to do everything you need, and great for rinseless with the long nap. You can pick up 4 or so for $20.

Can anyone else chime in on these? Seem like a really cheap price. I'm using Adam's stuff now.

These are amazing MFs for the price you can't beat. Not only are they good MFs you are getting them from one of the nicest and knowledgeable guys around. If I need anything I go to him first, then branch out to other dealers. Anyway all the MFs he sells are top notch.

I recommended them above. Seriously right now they're my favorite towel and I have a few Adam's towels. I just ordered some towels from MicrofiberTech and will comment on them once I get them in.

Adam's are top notch but are priced very high. I know a lot of their stuff is priced higher than their competition but in mf towels they are easily priced 2 times higher or more.

However, I am a big fan of single and double softs.

I fully disagree. Their towels leave a ton of little microfibers on the car. They are highly visible on darker cars and are really annoying. There are much better options out there. These are one of my favorite microfiber towels:

I've read those complaints, but I have never experienced them.

Between my 4 single softs and 2 double softs, not a single towel has ever linted.

I haven't noticed any from mine. But I'm just not a fan of super heavy thick towels. To hard to wipe/buff product off especially if you fold it. Single soft I have no issue with, it does what it's supposed to just doesn't wow me. Right now the ones that wow me are Boa's and Cobra Guzzler HD's.

Now the great white I have is another story, constantly lints and always gets cut and pulls threads out. Never had an issue with another waffle weave, sick of having to cut threads.

Towel Pros will sell you a thousand at a time if you need them. Rob is a great guy to deal with and has quality towels. He not only sells towels but is a detailer also. At times he has unadvertised specials on his fb page.
