I looked all over for the hot wire to the dome lighting - in the end I ran that wire direct from the Dome light - follow this thread for info:

Bah. I can't see any connector numbers on, what I think is, K9.

Assuming that this is K9, it's looking like the grey connector on left in that photo is X7. Can anyone confirm?

To be sure, have you got on X7 a 156 WH wire on the connector 19 and a 157 GY wire on the connector 1 ?

According to the "wiki" electrical system, it is a grey wire going into the BCM grey plug, pin #1. The BCM is located under the driver side dash and above the accelerator pedal.

Don't hold me responsible, but this is what I'm seeing and hope it helps out.

Boo! The wire tap I used didn't make a good connection, so I pulled it out to regroup. There is very little slack in the harness, so getting it in there was not fun.

As far as pics go, the one above is about as good as it gets. I'll see what I can do for a better angle.

Going to Rat Shack later to pick up some more of their 64-037 t-taps. I forgot that I used them for my sub install and they worked really well.

I also found that the other tap idea I had already exists...

So, is the wire - the gray one - confirmed on the connector? Or is that what you, TonyNo, working on confirming?

Those posi-locks look cool. Are they smaller than the T-Taps?

Thanks,
Michael J.

The Posi-Locks's look to be bigger, but I have not seen them in person.

All done! I took lots of photos and found some stuff that will be handy for others. I'll start another thread to keep it clean.
