Ticketed for driving to slow.

We don't have minimum speeds in my state but I am curious if anyone on here has ever been ticketed in other states that have a minimum speed.

My friend's mother has been ticketed more than once for going below 45MPH on the Highway.
If you do the speed limit with her in the car... she starts praying outloud!

Hahaha! Not in a camaro but in something else?!

Can they use this as an excuse in the states that have a minimum to pull you over even though you are in a car? I assume that most vehicles pulled over for this are semis or trucks trying to pull more than they can tow. Or is this not the case?

Never been But dear God I wish they would pull over some of these people driving 50 on a 65 or less. It contributes to so many accidents that it is unbelievable.

You never hear of this because when it happens the wreck is cleaned up before the cop can write the ticket to the guy that was driving to slow.

I've never heard of a minimum speed limit. I've seen several people pulled over but was cited for "reckless driving".

Never heard of minimum either..."impeding flow of traffic" is in play, but its a judgement call...(Usually, around here, driving "too slow" is usually a sign of drunk driving!...go figure!)....lol

I got pulled over once for passing a cop going under the speed limit (lights weren't on or anything). Everyone else was going 15 under cause they were scared of him. I was able to pass them going 40 in a 45. He lit me up, pulled me over, and told me I was going to fast then left.
