Custom Full Body Striping Finished

Well folks, it has been a long wait, but I am picking my car up from the autobody shop now. When I return, I'll post the completed pictures of the stripe job and ground effects painting as soon as I return. Thanks for being so patient. I'm sure some will say the back looks Mustang-esque, but it is different and I think it would be unique if anything else. This is going to be bittersweet because I lost my father suddenly on Tuesday morning, but I'm hoping the car can recapture the muscle car spirit we both had. He had a beautiful 1968 Firebird convertible and this Camaro, I can proudly say is mine. Be back shortly with the pictures. Please let me know what you think!

I don't think full length stripes are "mustangish" at all.I think they look great and am looking forward to the pics. Sorry about your dad.

I see that you have a sunroof. Were the stripes going on the roof too?

Also, I am sorry for your loss.

The camera and lighting weren't that great, but I think it turned out pretty well anyway. What do you guys think? Thanks for being so patient!

Very nice. I was thinking of doing the same but with IBM/silver stripes.

Are they vinyl? How much did you pay?

Nope, fully painted. $2889.00 Included painting the ground effects and the black striping. The car looks amazing in person. I thought it did come out very awesome.

The front looks a wee bit too narrow, back looks ok. I don't mind the fronts coming all the way down and back stopping at spoiler, seen two like that and they look great. You lose the rear the way yours are. I think tapering in the front keeps it from looking too mustang which everyone will bring up. The most mustang way is two narrow stripe same width running entire car.

I disagree... If he was to run it all the way down the front fascia and then stop at the spoiler it would look incomplete. He would have everyone asking, "Why didn't you run the stripes all the way down the back?" You either take it all the way down the front and back or you don't do it at all. I give you Very well done and that is a great price!

It's nice to finally see some full-length stripes that turned out just right. Not too wide or too narrow, too angled or two straight. Great job!

NICE! I like!
Did you go over the cab too? or just the front and back?

I want to do my front a little more straight... but who knows if I will do them at all whne I see the car in person.
