ADM Scoop install question

I just recently installed an ADM Scoop on my car, but I had a complication with the Horn Bolt. The instructions told me to use to supplied bolt with the existing Horn Nut, it's welding to the car. I have the scoop in, bolted on only with one of the washer bottle bolts. My question is, how is the new bolt installed? I cannot get my hand behind to install like the old bolt came out and if i install the bolt from the welded nut I cant put on the supplied nut or even tighten it.

Do I remove the washer bottle from the scoop to reach?

Is the tab on the scoop supposed to go on the welded nut (would look weird) or flat on the other side of the horn nut?

Picture shows horn nut/bolt area... not sure which way new bolt is supposed to go on or be tightened without taking front fascia off.

Sorry if I confused anyone, I really dont now how else to explain it without you actually looking at it.

Thanks guys!

This might help.

You use the new bolt - put it through from the front and thread it through the welded nut. Then put the ADM scoop tab on. Then put the other nut on to hold it in place.

You're welcome. I had the same thought when I put mine in, but it fits fine that way.

No. It's easy. Just a few torx screws.

Jack up the front left of the car, turn the wheels to the left. undo the torx screws and pop it out. There may have been few of those pins that you pop too? I can't remember for sure. But, it was easy.

It was really easy... 3 torx at the front and 2I of the ouch pins and you can pull it back... I had access to a car lift and removed the front wheel... mad it a lil easier.... ill be finishing this early Sunday morning.... I swear I tried putting that bolt in so many times I think I spent like 30to minutes trying to get it before shop closed lol...

I was confused when I got to that welded bolt too. I didn't remember reading anything about having to cut it off.
