Renderings are ALWAYS way better than the production models. While the Camaro is very much like the concept (still not close to as sexy) it was a far cry from the render.

the underpinnings of the dart are from Alfa, the avail 1.4t and 6 speed manual/DCT are Fiat units, and the new 2.4 tigershark version of Chryslers world engines using Fiats Multi-air tech.

Why cancel your order, just wait it out on the 2012 and negotiate hard, I picked mine up for nearly 6k below msrp, this way when you trade it in towards a Cuda whenever it does appear in showrooms you will not get hurt that bad, and you get to enjoy a 470/470 392 in the mean time

Fiat also own "Lancia" as a brand.. Google the new Lancia Thema... you'll be recognizing it right away

The Dodge Ram has already been split off from Dodge branding from the start of the current generation of design. All Ram logo's that Dodge used heavily on cars and trucks are gone from the Dodge vehicles. They are now just considered Ram w/ no branding relation to Dodge. SRT Barracuda is pretty smart idea, and this is Chrysler's chance to correct the weight & power problems that lie in the current Challenger.

Doubtful that Dodge will make Challenger and Cuda at the same time, especially since this could mean a 4th vehicle in the Brampton plant.

I disagree there. I am sure they have the capacity. There is already plans for at least one Alfa, and there is already a lancia version of the 300.

I'd drive a Mustang or an 'SS over a ugly boat-like car they call a Challenger anyday. Dodge needs something to replace the Challenger cause It just doesn't perform as well as the Mustang and Camaro in looks or performance.

Very cool to see that Dodge is making a come back in the Pony war for the 2015 model years though.

2015 is gonna be one exciting model year for all of us, I can't wait.

You can see the Challenger as a bloated boat, but not the overweight Camaro? Anyways, some of us like the Challenger for the very reasons that make it different, namely size and comfort, but they, especially the 12 srt with the Bilstien performance suspension can easily handle with an SS and ones with an auto are capable of low 12s, a number have hit 12.2 BONE STOCK. I would actually hate to see the Challenger go and would love to see them offer a pony car to go against the Camaro and Mustang along with the last true muscle car (sorry, 4 seater Camaros and Mustangs have never been musclecars and have always been ponies..

The Camaro is a little big for my preference but the Camaro can pull it off with it's body lines and esthetics. The Challenger on the other hand, it's just so plain to me. The sides are almost completely flat with no lines, almost the same with the front and back.

Dodge's website says that the 392 will hit mid 12s in the auto, high 12's with the manual. Even if it hit 12.2 Bone stock like you said, your comparing the flagship challenger with the base Mustang and Camaro performance wise.

What is this "4 seater" Camaro and Mustang your referring to?
