Just became an Adams guy!
So after a lot of research and pondering over what to do, I finally pulled the trigger and purchased one of Adams Porter Cable Ultimate detail kits, can't wait to get it and give my car the royal treatment. I plan on using it on my wifes 11' Explorer as well but will probably go with Zaino after doing paint correction on her car since it is a DD and sits outside all the time (if got kicked out of the garage when I bought my car). Also everyone here was right you can't beat Adams customer service, sent them an e-mail today and got almost instant responses from Dylan. Thanks to all the Adams guys and gals and I am really looking forward to getting the products!

I've been pondering getting a porter cable unit. Tell me how you like it.. I use both Adam's and Zaino products - both awesome.
I will vouch for Adam's customer service though, Dylan is on this site every single day - now that's dedicated customer service, plus they offer a Camaro5 discount!!! |

I want the PC kit, just can't afford it right now... also, would be kinda rough doing all that work on my daily driver and then go to work and have it dinged or something... need to wait until I have a garage and a beater car (Mustang?) as a DD.

Mine is a DD, but I purposely park like 1/4 mile from my work in a parking lot that is almost always empty so I don't have to worry about dings....car stays ding free and I get exercise!

PC really takes it to the next level. Was really looking forward to giving my car a PC treatment tomorrow since I had no other jobs scheduled, but lo and behold I get a call at 10pm from a customer wanting their car done tomorrow. My car gets no love!
