Akebono vs OEM vs Hawk
My SS is going to need new brake pads soon, and I've been looking into ceramics. Has anyone installed Akebono ProAct Ultra ceramics on their Camaro? I've read great reviews, but haven't seen much info from Camaro owners.
Does anyone know how they compare to Hawk Performance Ceramics, or Camaro OEM pads? Any info would be a big help. Thanks, guys!

I had akebonos on my previous benz. Dust was almost zero. When i bought the camaro i got hawk because everybody raved about them. The hawks are way better than oem, but no where near as dust free as my akebonos were. Next time I'm getting akebonos again.

Keep in mind, ceramics are not fit for any track duty. Low dust pretty much equals low fade resistance.
