There is a very small Motel in Sedona owned by a Canuck who restored it to the 1940's decor.
It overlooks the valley and many stars (John Wayne) stayed there in the 40's before they brought trailers. The rates were very good.

Just thinking......
So if too many hit this at once everyone will be on the brakes all the way down... We may have to pace the departures so there is some space between the cars as this is mostly only 1 lane each direction. I bet some turn around and do it in reverse......it's that good.

If we enter the states thru Buffalo?
We could leave on Sunday and make our first stop in Canonsburg PA. The Meadows Race Track and Casino. This would help the New England group with less travel time on the first day. Just one idea???? so many possibilities.....

Looking at buying one of those Go Pro motorsports camera. It would be cool to get some video of the East and West hooked up as we cruise into Phoenix. Maybe from the hood or roof of Pumpkin. The suction cup mount good to 200 mph.
