ZL1 Steering wheel thought!
We know some GM people check out the site.
Most of us think the BOWTIE should go by bye. I think ditch the bowtie and replace with the words Camaro. -bobby

Spell Camaro in the center instead of Bowtie.

Or how about instead of that tiny ZL-1 badge at the bottom of the wheel, you put a bigger one in the center cap?
Either way, not a big fan of the bowtie. Makes it look like the wheel from a Malibu or something. For the record, I love the actual wheel itself though. Looks more ergonomically friendly by a million percent. |

I just got back from Chicago and can honestly say that the only thing I did not like about the ZL1 was the steering wheel. It is a suede covered rendition of the same wheel that is in the 2012 Sonic as well as the Volt. In those cars, it seems ok, but in the Camaro, it seemed out of sync with the rest of the interior. I prefer the much-maligned wheel that is in the current car. I am not sure putting the Camaro script on the wheel would fix my concerns about it, but it would be a start.

Why do people always have to complain about something? The car is damn near flawless IMO, and I'm really sick of hearing about the damn steering wheel. Whats so wrong with the bowtie? It is a chevy......

I havent been a fan of the current wheel but must say it looks better than this one. Put alcantara on on the current one or put CAMARO or ZL1 on this one.

I personally like the current steering wheel we have.
But the rest I like from the ZL1's interior. |

Don't want to be looking at a shitty steering wheel after dropping upwards of 50k on a car.

It's very similar to the Cruze wheel. BTW, my only gripe about the interior now (at first I hated it, but it has grown on me in the past couple of days) is the wheel. The wheel we have now in the Camaros are so much better looking, and I can steer it just fine as well.

Spell out the camaro ----that will be a hit and win
I rather have the 2SS wheel (leather-better grip) than have the suede. It should be an option, suede for the people that need it(luxury-appearance). |

GM needs to get some Real Designers on board like BMW or Audi or some of these Italian cars.
From engineering point of view, they've done great. But some of the design points, aren't so elegant or up to par for a $50K car. Look at Kia, they got themselves the chief Audi designer on board now. |
