I've been hooked on Camaro's since I was four years old. My aunt had a 1968 Camaro, and it was love at first sight. I bought my 1967 in 1990 and my two 1968's in 2008, and now I have the 2010, so I'm pretty happy.

1st Camaro
I had a 1996 RS with t-tops and ground effects. I got it new in 96 and i loved it. Probably still would have it if the computer had not freaked out and the water pump went south!!

I was never an F-Body fan per se', but I allways loved my first car which was a ragged out 73' Z28. I bought it in 1985 for 1000.00 and it was a life altering expeience. lol
I like F-Birds but they are kinda pointless to me. I hated the 4th Gen F-Bodies all together. So when this came along, I knew it was time. I hope Scott doesn't read this. |

I'm just a car guy, muscle cars, different cars, most of them unfortuantly fast cars! Grew up into it I guess, then just kept on going. a friend of mine has currently 5 trans am's, but he's had well over 50 of them. Three of them are sad storys, the 77 smokey and the bandit hurst hatch top 4 speed car was stolen, the 74 formula converted to a t/a that he just destroyed, and the 79 that was totaled.. I wrenched on every single one at one time or another.. Currrently (well, I was) eyeballing the 68 below as it could be a fun car, well, is a fun car until I broke it...
oh yeah, this first one is a original SS 396/4 speed car, at the time of this pic, had a LS6 454 bored to a 468, with a 200 shot on it... motor's in something else now, but car is unfortunatly gone... Friends T/A after..... this one became a parts car.. shame.. crack on pass windshield is from me.. I forgot I had this one!! didn't own it very long, painted it, tinted it, changed the interior over and sold it.. Friend of mine adding fuel to it, so I could break it... Link to me breaking it... this was just last month.... Last edited by Diabel1969; 12-30-2009 at 11:41 AM. Reason: added |

Next was 1979 Trans Am - Silver Graphics on Black 1994 Z 28 1990 SS Convertible 2010 2SS Coupe LS3 Stilll love 'em.

Besides my new Camaro 1SS, I own a mint condition all original 1988 IROC-Z with 11,000 miles. It has the 350 tuned port engine and no T-Tops. With 240 HP, it was OK fast for stock 1988 , but this 3rd generation Camaro is sweet looking !! I previously owned an '86 white IROC-Z, '79 Trans Am gold edition with Olds 403 motor, '75 Trans Am silver with Pontiac 400 motor. All were daily drivers except for my 2010 SS and 1988 IROC-Z. Had some fun with a 1988 5.0 Mustang Coup, but GM motors and build quality is superior to the Fords...in my view.
