So BumbleBee '77 and I both plan on getting the Sunoco Kit. I was looking at my Camaro today and noticed that my wheels are about even with the body of my car. I have my next set of rims picked out but they are 9.5" wide, so Id be using 275's in the back. Im thinking that wont look that good with the Sunoco kit, with the extra wideness and all. If anyone can think of any wider 17" rims that come black and dont cost an arm and a leg let me know!

Well IMO on the Sunoco side, that's pretty expensive for a kit that even the Camaro enthusiast here have to study a while to see the differences, more common people would probably never even notice it. Plus it won't look right without proper wheels and tires which would increase the cost even more. I'd spend my money on things that make it perform better but that's just me. Don't take this the wrong way, but ricers add a lot of stuff onto cars to make them LOOK faster.

The wider front fenders wouldn't be too difficult, but the high cost is probably due to the wider rear quarter. Is it metal and how does it attach?

The Sunoco spoiler has a 2nd gen look to it. JMO. But the RK kits it nice too. Since I cant do the 5th gen (because of the new arrival) I plan on obtaining a nice 98 V-6 from a guy up the street from me in three weeks and making it my project car till I can get my dream car. THanks for the suggestions on what to do with a 4th gen.
