I am not sure if anyone here has dealt with a bill heard dealership, but the one I have experience with in Orlando, Florida was notorious for over pricing and being rather "over confident" in their dealership with comments like "you want this vehicle for THIS price, well this is bill heard of Orlando, we have many potential buyers with a dealership of this size and we just can't sell it for the price your asking (msrp)"....
Lets just put it this way...I wanted a Silverado and had to settle with a Ford....I can't speak for ALL heard dealerships....but salesman, comments and prices like that...MIGHT have something to do with a dealership hitting bottom... |

I called back today & got the same rudeness from another sales man, just because I refused to give him my name & number, he went home, i called back 5 mins later, to see if he talked to the bosses, he LEFT. Went home for the day. I dont think I will deal with that dealership again.
