it looks like it's the rotors that are actually lit up...

not my cup of tea, but would be kind of cool to spot one on the road.

also i think the brand name of those are VANDALIZED SOON.

They arent really glow in the dark, more of just lit up with LEDs, I would love a toned down version, those are too bright, but a more sublte version would be bad ass
