Alright guys, i reviewed the paypal and the payments came in 9 minutes apart...Drew10 first.
Summit i do appologize, you did inquire about the shifter first via PM but with questions about it. Our 2nd PM was about price negotiating. During this time Drew10 hopped in and said he wanted it and asked for paypal. I've already issued a full refund to you Summit. Again, i appologize for the inconvenience. Thanks

Thats fine but at 6:25 in my PM to you the price had been set and i asked for your paypal and included the shipping address. That was 9 minutes before he said he woud take it, but i guess your decision has been made.

I see why you have an argument, its legit from what you can see. But drew10 actually PM'd me at 6:14 and THEN posted on this thread that he pm'd me.
So from your viewpoint it seems unfair, but I looked at it all right down to every minute/PM/post and after that I determined its only fair. I've issued your refund, sorry again. On the bright side, theere will always be more parts to buy on these forums. I think you'll come across an mgw in no time. :-)
