DAMN! I got one Saturday - 92 in a 65. Precinct 2 Constable, slick top Charger. I feel your pain - was yours by a San Antonio Officer? If so, PM me - I may be able to help.

Two friends of mine met me in Sisterdale one Sunday at a really cool little bar. Dennis has a 1970 Chevelle SS - Original Owner! Steve's is a Black ss/rs just like mine.
BTW - I tried to post all the pics using the paperclip in the toolbar - but when it started to upload them, I received a message stating I was missing a security token.?????

It'll depend on what the car docs at Capitol Chevy find out... Mine is going in for an appointment in the am.

Just got back from a two day stay out of town with the wife, and it's rattling clattering etc... Sounds suspiciously like the transmixer is either breaking in to a really really REALLY loose state, or is getting ready to spit it's guts out on the street...

I thought I was starting to hear something a few days ago but wasn't sure. While out of town it got really loud when I was climbing hills out around leaky and Utopia. Wasn't hammering on it or anything, but it got progressively worse. I was worried about driving it too far as there was no cell phone reception, and we were occasionally in the middle of nowhere... XM never went away and I felt good having access to on-star if needed...

Time will tell...

Sorry to hear that - let us know what happened.

Utopia - what a beautiful drive. We should consider that area for our weekend run when we get it together.
