Sounds like a sand bagger.

Go get a 75 shot installed real quick and shut him up.

Wholly crap, that camera man sucked. He only had the cars in the frame for about a 10th of the run and then it was zoomed in so much, all you saw was the mirror.

I noticed, too, from the silhouette. Plus, I didn't hear a 2JZ. A Supra would have stuffed him.

Driver mod vs no driver mod... I dunno... My money is on the SHO just for this reason. Defo go to the track and get familiar with everything, and try to do it prior to the match. Nerves are a mofo. Good luck.

The 3.5 V6 EcoBoost is seriously detuned from the factory.... especially in the low end torque department!!

Here is the dyno from my Flex... this was an early dyno... we've tweaked it a bit more sense then... however this give you an idea.

BLUE - Stock tune
RED - 93 Octane tune
GREEN - 93 Octane tune with some methanol

My 12.7 is basically just a tune and some methanol... Heck I'm running on simple All Season tires! And the Flex is about 400 pounds heavier than the SHO.

The AWD in the SHO and Flex, makes them very easy to launch...

My guess is he'll take you. He has raced before and has awd. You haven't raced before and only have rwd. Plus, nerves will get the best of you and you'll probably spin, while he hooks and books.

But once that happens, you shouldn't let it go. You should keep rematching until you are good at it and so the story will begin.

You can add nitrous to an Ecoboost vehicle just as easy as to the Camaro....

My Flex weighs a few hundred pounds more than the SHO and it's definitely not as aerodynamic....

Those SHO's are nasty cars. But I'll still bet on you just because I am biased lol.

Drag strips, especially on Test and Tune days, can be a LOT more slippery than on the private streets!
