I may not be going my job want approve my vacation time. They try to take my vacation time for CFII but that was approve at the beginning of the year. They are telling me that we are to busy and cannot have any tech out on vacation right now I hope it not to busy next month and maybe they will approve it then.

I might go. Checking timeshare availabilit and funds. Anyone else taking wife/kids who are "doing something else"? 3 days at the track will be a bit much w 8 yr and 2 yr old.

Original Parts Group will now be hosting the “2011 Cruise to Vegas”.The cruise is set up to begin at the Original Parts Group headquarters, located in Seal Beach, Calif., Friday of the event, April 29th.

The cruise will begin at 10:00a.m. with participants receiving goody bags and the chance to meet ‘n greet the Super Chevy staff. The crowd will head out at 11:00a.m., and proceed to Yermo, Calif. Once in Yermo, cruisers will have lunch at Peggy Sue’s ’50s Diner between 1:00 and 1:30 p.m., leaving time for fuel stops.

I won't be able :( but Vortech will be taking my car and will be in the VORTECH booth it has their new Twin Screw Supercharger on it .

So what's the plan for cruising? We are not able to meet the OPG group in Seal Beach, but may be able to meet them at their lunch stop in Barstow.

I think I'm gonna skip the cruise up from OPG as that will be backtracking for me and just head out in the morning from Upland area sometime around 9:00 or 10:00, get there earlier and do some gambling. Not sure what everyone else wants to do that day.
