Did he just put a tune on the SCT or did you have to log from your car, send it to him and then he makes a custom one to send back? If you had to log, how hard was it? I'm assuming the SCT does it itself?

Ebayer I got it from was Tuning-Depot. The quality was great. I inspected all the welds, which all looked great. Polish was nice as well, but dont expect it to last since these are not coated.

They are 1 7/8th"

No O2 problems at all, but I do have a tune on the car which is probably why. I did buy the wire extensions from Ebay as well ( http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/C6-CO...2#ht_500wt_956 )

For the tune, I gave Ted a list of mods my car would have on it and uploaded him my stock tune. He then sent me the custom tune back the next morning (same day probably if you send him your stock file early enough). Since he's tuned ~200 camaros he can pretty much nail it on the first try. Things like nitrous or forced induction would probably be where the data logging comes in. For bolt on's I believe he knows what he's doing without it.

Sounds really good! With this setup did you gain a lot volume? Or did the mufflers do their job of keeping it quite.

Nope not tired of the loudness......LOL
My neighbors give me glaring looks but they will get over it. I had the car dyno tuned Saturday and that made it a little more quiet but still very loud.

Definately gained volume at WOT... normal driving not really too big a difference. Start up its noticeable.

headers / no cats / and a muffler delete....

it is going to be deafening... but awesome at WOT

I had this setup... and I was back at the muffler shop 2 days later getting magnaflows.

Now I am installing QTP cutouts so I can go back to the awesomeness if I want to... but when it gets annoying I can calm it back down.

Oh, I also lengthened my front 02 sensor wires, little solder and some wire.
Saved $800 compared to Kooks longtubes with cats.
what hi flow cats did you use?
