So i got the template from Ray@RDS its nice when ppl do it right, let me say its 100% on it all lined up and made drilling holes fast and on the money.


So here are some pics for you guys to see.


This is the template on the bumper.



And after drilling the holes



More to come later today.

If you want it the way the ZL1 is made, next is cutting between the hole's.

Ah, you're right, I remember the slots now. So this is what I will HAVE to do to get a ZL1 rear diffuser to fit? Or can it be done without all that?

There are other members that cut them off and then use 3m tape but i went this way, i like the OEM way if i can.

I agree, I will probably go this route as well. You should recreate the template, and sell it along with a ZL1 rear diffuser conversion kit on your site.
