I had previously purchased an H13 6000K Bi-Xenon HID KIT with 35W ballast for my previous headlamps and all I had to purchase now was a pair of H9 8000K Xenon Bulbs. If you are referring to the HID Kits, yes. They are very easy to install. I did all this myself and Ive never done anything like this before in my life. I can tell you the HID Kits are super easy to install. The Headlamps on the other hand took a while but once you understand the concept, its quite easy. Im no mechanic either hah.
