I think I will be trading in my current Camaro for either a 2014 1LE or a 2015 Z/28 (6th gen) depending on what the 6th gen looks like.

So, now that the 1LE is "official" and will come with the 3.91 rear end, does this mean that we'll be able to factory order the 3.91 ring+pinion parts for our regular LS3s instead of getting the aftermarket brand?

Awesome package, but they should have put on a unique grill or at least some 1LE badges.

Ok, I think I'm seeing a pattern here..............
SS = base Corvette 1LE = Grand Sport Corvette Z/28 = Z06 Corvette (possible LS7) ZL1 = ZR1 Would you agree? |

This 1LE sounds amazing, mainly because I should hopefully be able to ready to buy my camaro by the end of December. I don't know if I'm feeling the matte black hood which really isn't that big of a deal. Anything can always be painted! Everything else sounds spot on to what I'd want in a car from the 3.91 rear to the better oil delivery system. It sounds like a car I could take to the track on weekends and have plenty of fun with during the week.
Monstertodd camaro of any badge with an LS7 would be simply amazing. A street version camaro (COPO is great but I'd hate to trailer it) with a 427 would be in my surely small opinion the ultimate camaro. I'll have a drink tonight thinking about that. |

Doubt it would happen, but would probably foil my plans to wait until the new engines are out to buy a new toy.
