How do you people not like this?
I mean seriously, there are maybe 15 Reventons ever... and NONE OF YOU WILL EVER OWN ONE. So why not give credit where credit is due, and hand it to the designer who saw the potential that is the Reventon front bumber (which is awsome despite your opinions) and graphted it to the only worthy candidate... THE CAMARO!!!!!!! Life is about perspective, and from my angle that car looks badass. Quit bashing brilliance. It looks better than 80% of the Sema Camaros. |

This is no different and maybe even
more conservative than the Camaros being fitted with 18 thousand useless vents. I will GLADLY drive that car and catch small children in my bumper drifting.... Past you. |

The Reventon is a great car, no doubt about it. To see potential, I'm not sure that cutting and pasting the front of the Reventon onto the Camaro deserves credit. The Reventon is a complete vision, and that is why the front-end works for the Reventon, because the front end unites with the REST of the car. Going by the previous posts, most do not view this Reventon-Camaro morph as "brilliance". You are right, life is about perspective, and I do appreciate different types of art, created through any medium. Individually, we decide who deserves credit for design or achievement. We don't HAVE to give credit if we don't feel it's earned. I get it that the VR is pushing the envelope, and that is exactly what SEMA is all about. I do very much agree that a good amount of the SEMA Camaros aren't that great either (you'll see my opinions on those stripes that GM is pushing ). Apologies, but for me the VR falls in the SEMA category "most ridiculous Camaro".

If the "reventon" style openings in the front were half that size, it would look better. Overall I like it although it may be a little too aggressive for my taste.

The UK project - VR Camaro
So guys thanks for the warm welcome, as you can guess there aren't many Camaros over here.
That hasn't stopped a good friend of mine the (MD of Wortec.co.uk) creating a limited run of these... http://www.carmagazine.co.uk/News/Se...he-UKs-Camaro/ I know it won't be to everyones taste, but thats not really the point with limited editions. Would be interested in honest feedback, good or bad Phil |

It's cool to see your own UK designed supercharger is going in it. That's a good point!

Is it Wortec who are building the Supercharge?
I'm european and i think the front end is a mess, look like 2 jet intakes created with cardboard and a Stanley knife. Surely something with 'Sculpted' Air Dams/Intakes could help the Maro retain a Euro Muscle car look? |
