I've seen a bunch of people putting the KooKs headers with the ATAK exhaust and I'm dying to save the money to get the same setup

I have Kooks 1 7/8 and S-Type and it sounds awesome and plenty aggressive. Very Happy with end result. ATAK is nice but my neighbors would hate me...

DRONE, DRONE...Why does everyone keep droning on about drone? Either go with a quiet exhaust or a louder exhaust. Go run some Cherry Bombs until you get busted then come back to talk about drone. Funny, when I had Cherry bombs back in the 70's I never heard a single complaint about drone. I did get some tickets for loud exhaust though.

Honestly, that's my debate. Not f'ing drone, but will my customer's hear me on the cell phone if I go with ATAKS behind my Kooks long tubes? Maybe it's time to be a hands free advocate and just forget the cell phone in the car. Tomorrow, I'll order Borla Touring or ATAK catbacks.

I was just talking to Borla today and the guy I was talking to was suggesting I not go with the ATAK only because I am also planning on going with Borla headers. What he suggested is with the long tubes to use the Touring setup or with the shorts to go with the s-type. The reason is because their headers will be loud already and with the ATAK it will just be extremely loud. I know the long tubes are just race headers which I am cool with as I don't need to pass emissions in my state.

Does anyone have any pics of the tips on the Borla ATAK #140356? I just want to see what the Borla logo looks like engraved on the top of the tips (If they even have the logo on them.)

Thanks...

Borla does really make good systems....

We have been selling tons of the Camaro ATAK Borla Exhaust and have not had a single customer not love the sound.

If want a subtle muscle car sound, get the Borla Camaro Sport system, also a very nice sounding system but a bit more tame.

By the way, if you already have a Borla Sport Exhaust, you can drop the axle back mufflers and add the Camaro Borla ATAK Axle back system, it will bolt right up to the sport system.

See ya,

Jim
