Will it spin?
This may be a stupid question but not 100% sure, so here goes. I want to put white letters on my tires. With a limited-slip rear end if I jack up the rear on the driver's side with the passenger side on the ground can I spin the tire off the ground?

I'm thinking, not without some effort. You have to overcome the friction plates that make it a LSD diff. But I could be wrong!

It should spin with a bit of effort.

You would have to turn it hard enough for the carrier's internal clutches to slip.

You could jack up the whole rear end and just spin both wheels? Or use the e-brake to turn the wheels as needed to add your letters?

Im just gonna take my wheels off when I finally decide to put my tire letters on. Theyve only been in my garage for over a year and a half. Im probably gonna need new tires before I put them on lol. guess im buying the same tires again so i dont waste those letters.
